FNB Zambia, Emirates Partner to Offer Customers Up to US$180 in Flight Discounts

First National Bank (FNB) Zambia has partnered with Emirates to offer customers flight discounts of up to US$180 when booking and paying for tickets online using an FNB Debit Card.

The exclusive travel reward campaign will run from 1st February 2026 to 31st August 2026 and applies to all Emirates destinations worldwide, provided travel originates from Kenneth Kaunda International Airport.

Commenting on the launch of the campaign, FNB Zambia Head of Retail Banking Mwamba Musambo said the campaign was intentionally designed around how customers live, travel, and make decisions today.

“At FNB, we believe value should show up where it matters most in our customers’ lives. Travel is often tied to important moments, growth opportunities, family connections, or well-deserved rest.”

She stater that the partnership with Emirates allows the bank to reward customers in a practical and meaningful way.

“This partnership with Emirates allows us to reward our customers in a way that is practical, relevant, and meaningful,” Mrs. Musambo stated.

Under the campaign, customers can earn flight discounts across all cabin classes — Economy, Premium Economy, Business, and First Class — with rewards of up to US$180 by simply booking online at Emirates and paying with an FNB Debit Card. No registration is required.

According to Mrs. Musambo, the simplicity of the offer is deliberate.
“Today’s customer values ease, transparency, and relevance. This campaign removes complexity, no forms, no sign-ups — just a seamless reward for choosing FNB. It is a clear example of how we continue to design solutions with the customer in mind,” she added.

She said the campaign is anchored in FNB Zambia’s brand promise, “Next is Now,” which focuses on anticipating customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions at key moments.

“The campaign is firmly anchored in FNB Zambia’s brand promise, ‘Next is Now’, which is centred on anticipating customer needs and delivering solutions that add value at the moments that matter most.”

Mrs. Musambo further noted that the reward is available to all FNB customers and applies to travel for any purpose — business, leisure, or family — across all Emirates destinations, as long as the journey originates from Lusaka.

“All qualifying travel must be completed by 31 December 2026,” Mrs. Mwamba stressed.
