BuyZed Campaign has urged Government to consider implementing tax cuts that benefit local businesses and households.
Organization Founder Evans Ngoma told Money News that strategic tax cuts can play a crucial role in stimulating economic growth.
Mr. Ngoma noted that by reducing taxes, the government can increase disposable income for households, enabling them to spend more on local goods and services.
He added that tax cuts can also encourage businesses to invest and expand, thereby creating new job opportunities, while attracting foreign investment.
“As BuyZed Campaign, we believe that local spending and strategic tax cuts can be a powerful catalyst for Zambia’s economic growth.”
“By keeping money within our local communities, we can stimulate economic activity, create jobs, and increase prosperity for all Zambians,” Mr. Ngoma asserted.
He further urged government to invest in initiatives that promote local spending and economic growth, while supporting policies that encourage entrepreneurship, innovation, and job creation.
